This lactation tea tastes great, which already makes it a win for me. I’ve always felt that successful breastfeeding is never down to one single product, but I’ve really enjoyed drinking this and I’ve had a strong, consistent breastfeeding journey — so I definitely see it as a supportive part of the routine.The blend is comforting, the flavour is soothing, and it’s so much easier than making my own lactation tea like I did previously. I love that it can be enjoyed hot or cold, depending on the day.I’d happily recommend it as a gentle, enjoyable way to support your breastfeeding journey.

A great addition to the postpartum meal plan! I originally made my own lactation tea but this time around loved popping a tea bag in a cup of hot water and having one already made for me! This tea has some wonderful galactagogues in it, particularly fennel and fenugreek. The addition of the lemon verdana makes it a more relaxing/calming drink and gives it a bit of a nicer flavour in my opinion. I also love that it can be used in a hot or cold beverage so it’s quite versatile too. In terms of milk supply, I can’t see/feel MORE milk this time around but I definitely have a strong and consistent supply which is all I would want anyway.
