My wife gets migraines and occasionally we don’t have a reusable cold pack ready to go from the freezer.Until now we had just kept those little gel stickers from chemist warehouse on standby - but we hadn’t realised that a product like this exists!I knew there were like instant heat packs - like the things soldiers use to heat their meals in army ratio packs, but apparently instant cold packs are a thing too.These things are large - but in a good way - they are just full size and have great coverage.They are simple to use as well.Overall - very cool - keep up the great work ninja mumma.

Bought this prenatal and ended up having a C-section so didn’t use them for the proper use BUT these were a great quick and easy ice pack for my scar which hurt quite a lot!

I've used multiple Ninja Mama products post parteum and this is a must have. Instant coolness where you need it most.Can be used as described but can also be used in your bra when your milk comes through or on your head for migraines or neck for post parteum hot flushes etc. Big fan.

These are terrific for new recovering mums both as perineal cooling and as nursing ice packs. hey're also incredibly handy for everyone else - due to their long sizing with slim profile - you can easily wrap around a wrist, put in your underwears, slide down your sock, lay on your forehead. Migraines, sore aches, injuries, dental pain and first aid - many uses! Instantly activating cooling - much easier than managing cold packs from the fridge, especially if you forgot to put it back in there. They are easy to activate and work pretty fast. Great to keep in cupboard for when you need them.
This is god sent. Amazing product does what it says. Not much avaibke on the market that are disposable unfortunately. Postpartum recovery is hard and this makes it's a bit easier. If hygiene is your concern and do not want to reuse frozen ones this is absolutely amazing. Bit on thr expensive side but worth every dollar.
