Shipping for Australian orders is a flat rate of $3.99 per item. We do however offer FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $40. We do not currently ship outside of Australia through our website, however international orders can be placed through Amazon.com.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours of being received. Delivery time ranges from 2 – 5 days depending on the delivery address and which Australian distribution centre your order will be shipped from.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you have registered for order tracking, you will receive an order tracking number within your dispatch confirmation email which you can use to track your order here.
REFUNDS
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery and they will be happy to organise you a replacement product or full refund
