Shipping and Returns

Details about Ninja Mama shipping and returns policies 

Shipping for Australian orders is a flat rate of $4.99 per item.  We do however offer FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $20 and FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100.  Shipping for USA orders is a flat rate of USD 6.99 or free over USD 35.00 Shipping for orders outside of Australia and USA will be calculated at checkout, however international orders can also be placed through Amazon.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are generally shipped out within 24 business hours of being received.  Delivery time ranges from 7- 10 business days depending on the delivery address and which Australian distribution centre your order will be shipped from.  All orders are shipped via Australia Post - please follow up with them if you have any queries regarding your order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order tracking number within your dispatch confirmation email which you can use to track your order on the AUSPOST website.  Once it has been picked up from us it is in the hands of AUSPOST and any delivery enquiries should be directed to them.

Returns - Change of Mind

We are unable to offer change of mind returns on personal care products. Change of mind returns for other products will be accepted.  Refunds for change of mind returns will be given in the form of store credit (minus shipping fees). The customer is responsible for return postage costs.  Shipping fees are non refundable.  If outbound shipping was free then the outbound shipping will be charged (deducted from the refund).

Undeliverable Parcels

In the event your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable you will receive a store credit as refund - if outbound shipping was free the store credit amount will be minus the outbound shipping cost
