Yes! Ninja Mama Silicone Scar Strips are medical-grade, washable, and reusable for up to 14 days per strip. They’re designed to improve the appearance of healed scars after a C-section or surgery. Always consult your doctor before use. They are TGA registered in Australia.
Can I use the therapy packs for both hot and cold?
Yes! Our Therapy Packs are designed for both heat and cold therapy. Use warm to ease cramps or promote circulation, and cold for swelling, pain or engorgement relief. Perfect for perineal areas, C-section sites, and breasts.
Breast Therapy Packs can help with blocked ducts, engorgement, or letdown support. All therapy packs are TGA registered.
Why do I need special postpartum underwear?
After childbirth, you need underwear that’s soft, breathable, and high-waisted. Our Ninja Mama Mesh Underwear is stretchy and gentle on your body, sitting above C-section incisions and holding pads or therapy packs in place. Disposable or washable up to 5 times.

How long should I wear silicone scar strips each day?
For best results, we recommend wearing your Ninja Mama Silicone Scar Strips for 6–12 hours daily, once your scar is fully healed and closed and you have had the go ahead from your health professional. They can be reused for up to 14 days each. Most mums see visible improvement within 4–8 weeks.
Can I use the peri bottle after a C-section if I didn’t tear?
Yes! Even without tearing, or C-section mums may experience swelling, sensitivity, or limited mobility. The Ninja Mama Peri Bottle allows you to gently cleanse without wiping — ideal during recovery.
Are the therapy packs safe to microwave or freeze?
Microwave: Heat for 10–20 seconds (test before use)
Freezer: Store cold for soothing relief
